The evening, planned at both ends
Event days turn on two moments: getting in without circling, and getting away without standing in the cold. We agree a set-down and pick-up point beforehand, allow for road closures and crowd flow, and wait nearby rather than making you wait. Dinner before or after slots into the same plan.
